Live Web Event for the Inauguration of President Morton Schapiro

The inauguration of Morton Schapiro as 16th president of the University will take place Friday, October 9, at 3 p.m. Through a Live Web Event, Northwestern’s alumni community will have the opportunity to participate in Inauguration festivities as they unfold on the Evanston campus :

•    Watch the Inauguration ceremony live from Deering Meadow.
•    View a photo album of fellow alumni.
•    Chat with alumni and friends.
•    Take virtual campus tours.
•    Play NU Trivia Game and Paint the Rock!

To enter the Live Web Event on Inauguration Friday, you must register in advance. The site will check your computer to determine if you have the necessary software. If not, you will receive instructions on how to download this software.

After you register, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by an email on October 9 directing you to the Live Web Event. To participate, you must have a high-speed internet connection.
