One of Northwestern’s most cherished traditions is to honor alumni who have distinguished themselves by outstanding professional and personal achievement and loyal service to their alma mater.

The recipients of the awards are typical of many former students: those whose accomplishments have reflected credit on Northwestern and those who have given much time and energy to the University’s welfare and progress.
