Council of 100 Mentoring Program

The Council of One Hundred's Mentoring Program encourages and supports the development of one-to-one relationships between Council members (as mentors) and female undergraduates, graduate students, and young alumnae of Northwestern University.

Mentors are available to listen, provide information, perspective and advice on the transition from academia to the "real world," as well as negotiating the twists and turns of modern career paths.

Mentees are under no obligation to follow any advice provided, but they are expected to provide feedback to their mentors to strengthen their relationship and permit continuous improvement of the mentoring process.

An online database of Council of 100 mentors is available through NAA's Online Connection. Access requires a free Northwestern Online Connection username and password. (C100 Mentoring database is currently undergoing an upgrade.  Please use CareerNet located via the same links.)
