NAA Presents Hilarious Evening of Tony Award-Winning Theatre
On Thursday, April 10, 154 alumni and friends of Northwestern had a fun-filled evening of laughs and theatrical mayhem at the NAA Chicago Theatre Event, The Drowsy Chaperone. The five-time, Tony-award winning musical comedy was presented at the Cadillac Palace Theatre as part of the city’s series “Broadway in Chicago.”
NAA guests were treated to an exclusive, post-show discussion with cast member and alumnus Mark Ledbetter (Mu00), who answered questions and offered an insider’s perspective on the acting world as a Northwestern alum. Northwestern professor and Donald Robertson Endowed Chair in Music Theatre, Dominic Missimi, moderated the Q&A forum.
This event was co-sponsored by the Northwestern Alumni Association, the NU Club of Chicago, and the Northwestern University Gay and Lesbian Alumni (NUGALA).
