The John Evans Club was founded in 1954 and named for one of the University's principal founders.
Over the past 40 years, the Club's members have contributed in excess of $500 million to Northwestern.
The purposes of The John Evans Club are:
- To provide alumni relations support to the alumni and friends of the University who have demonstrated significant interest and financial commitment to Northwestern.
- To provide awareness, access, and special benefits to its constituents regarding the University's programs and activities.
- To offer input regarding access, programs and events for the benefit of its constituents including its current members, their families, and friends as well as other select donors/supporters of the University including donors of The Northwestern Leadership Circle at the John Evans level ($5,000 per year) and above.
