About the Presenter
Carol Ross (McC83, 87) is a former Bell Labs engineer, turned career coach and social entrepreneur. She is the creator of the Networking Naturally Program, a teleseminar series that teaches working professionals how to create and nurture relationships needed to thrive, especially in a down economy. The program also provides an opportunity to make alumni-to-alumni connections online. When she’s not teaching about networking, Ross can be found coaching “boundary crossers” to turn diverse interests into an advantage and guiding “wisdom entrepreneurs” to help transform an idea into a sustainable movement. Ross has penned several articles on networking for WorldWIT and HR.com. Her most recent networking article, “Nine Networking Mistakes to Avoid” is included on the NAA career blog.
