Join award-winning authors Karen Page (WCAS83), founding member of The Council of 100 (C100), and Andrew Dornenburg as they sign copies of their newly-reissued book, What to Drink with What You Eat (2007 IACP "Cookbook of the Year" and Georges Duboeuf "Wine Book of the Year" winner). Experience the extraordinary flavors of impeccable cheese and wine pairings from the Burgundy and Jura regions of France. Chris Munsey, wholesale manager of renowned cheese retailer, Murray's Cheese, will share cheeses and tales from his two-week adventure in France this fall, while Jean-Luc Le Du (James Beard Award-winning sommelier and formerly of four-star Restaurant Daniel) will provide excellent wine pairing tips and commentary.
