NEXT (Northwestern Externship Program) – Students See NEXT Possibilities in 2012

Across the country and around the world, between March 19 and April 19, 2012, over 330 current NU students participated in the tenth annual Northwestern Externship Program (NEXT). NEXT is a one-day job shadowing program that offers undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to accompany alumni at their places of employment in order to learn about a specific field.

More than 1,000 externships were available in a variety of fields, including health care, law, finance, consulting, journalism, advertising/public relations, education, and more.

Alumni Registration for NEXT 2013 will open in early December 2012.

Student Registration for NEXT 2013 will open in January 2013.
