NAA Careers in DC – "Networking Naturally" with Expert Carol Ross (McC83, 87)

Join Carol Ross (McC83, 87), career coach, social entrepreneur and founder of Carol Ross and Associates LLC, as she leads this high energy interactive workshop.  Attendees will be guided through a set of exercises to help them understand the principles of great networking, and, in the process, make at least three meaningful connections to other attendees.  Afterward, attendees will have time to network informally, putting into practice what they learned. 

Everyone can benefit from this program, especially individuals who want to get better at networking to achieve their goals.

Participants will learn:

• Underlying principles of networking used by all successful networkers
• How to create a meaningful in-person conversation with a stranger
• The role of listening while networking
• Strategic use of social media (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) to enhance current networking efforts
• How to move relationships from in-person to virtual

$30 - Event Registration and 1 year Club membership

Cost includes appetizers and beverages.
