Among many helpful tips, Moats Kennedy highlighted topics including how to extend career networks, tools for finding the less obvious job markets, as well as how to identify valuable skills. She also discussed how to transfer past skills into new industries, shared the value of targeted volunteer work and participating in trade associations, and highlighted the importance of reading the trade press in relevant career industries to stay on top of current industry news.
