Networking on the Internet -- LinkedIn Basics (06.17.09)

On June 17, the NAA featured a LinkedIn webinar featuring career strategist, David J.P. Fisher (WCAS98). The sold out session focused on alumni wanting a basic understanding of LinkedIn. Fisher discussed basic tools needed to set up a complete LinkedIn profile, how to get involved with groups, and how to make connections and get recommendations. The webinar also highlighted why online networking is so powerful and how each person can emphasize their unique accomplishments.
