Village Life In The Italian Lake District, 2009.  NAA travelers left on a 9 night journey tracing the foothills of the Pyrenees and capturing the spirit of the mediterranean.

The next morning, alumni were off on a walking tour of Old Como highlighted by the Duomo, San Fedele Church and Portia Vittoria.   Next, they boarded a private cruse across Lake Como to Varenna, followed by some time to explore the charming town of Bellagio.  THe NAA travelers spoke with students and instructors from the Aldo Galli Academy of Fine Arts, and some even took a hands-on class at a local cooking school. They concluded their journey touring many of Milan’s monuments and highlights including Da Vinci’s “The Last Supper” in the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie.
