"NU-CAN" Online Career Networking Fair -- Dec. 7, 2009 through Jan. 8, 2010

NU-CAN Online Career Networking Fair

By participating in this fair you can: 

*Network online with fellow NU alums
*Connect with potential employers, recruiters, and those providing career services. 
*Submit your resume for an employer's hiring pipeline. 

A virtual networking fair offers all the benefits of a traditional networking fair from the comfort of your home or office.

Event Details
Employer and alumni applicant registration opens on December 1.

• Employers: Click here to register directly on the Employer Registration Site.  If your company is already in the University Career Services database, you can use your current password to get into the Fair once you register.  If you are a new employer, you can register and request a password to enter the Fair.  You will receive your password within 1 business day.
  
  
• Alumni applicants: Send an email to careernetworking@alum.northwestern.edu indicating your interest in participating in the Fair.  NU-CAN volunteers will then authenticate your membership in the Wildcat community.  Once you are authenticated, you will receive a password from University Career Services that will allow you sign into the Fair.  This process will take 2-3 business days. In the meantime, you can prepare for NU-CAN by updating your resume and alumni profile on the NU alumni web site. Identify potential industries, companies, or careers that you’d like to explore and use the Alumni Directory to identify alumni you would like to network with (even if it is outside of the fair).

The fair will run from December 7, 2009 through January 8, 2010.
