The Council of One Hundred's Mentoring Program encourages and supports the development of one-to-one relationships between Council members (as mentors) and female undergraduates, graduate students, and young alumnae of Northwestern University.

Mentors are available to listen, provide information, perspective and advice on the transition from academia to the "real world," as well as negotiating the twists and turns of modern career paths.

Mentees are under no obligation to follow any advice provided, but they are expected to provide feedback to their mentors to strengthen their relationship and permit continuous improvement of the mentoring process.

The C100 Mentor Match Program takes place every Fall and Spring.  "Like " the C100 Fan Page on Facebook so you are up-to-date on when it will take place, and visit the C100 home page for updates on the Mentoring Program throughout the year.  Please take a moment to watch the Council of 100's video about a positive mentor-mentee relationship HERE
