Welcome Southeast Florida Alums!
Our award-winning club provides activities throughout Southeast Florida for alumni, students, their families, and friends of the University. Our area includes over 2,600 alums in Broward, Miami Dade, Palm Beach, Monroe and Martin counties.
Whether it’s football game watches or faculty speaker events, our club has been one of the strongest NU clubs in the country for decades. Our board and officers include alums from all walks of life, and we have been able to consistently create a sense of NU community here in Southeast Florida.
We all have learned that we not only share many wonderful memories from being students up in Evanston, but we also have many great experiences from being alums – whether its from attending local club events, interviewing student applicants or representing our club at regional and national events. That includes local Big Ten events where NU is often the largest participant. We’re also proud that many of our active members have received national recognition from serving Northwestern in many ways.
So, wear your purple proudly and get involved with the fellow local Wildcats at the many events the club offers. The NU Club of Southeast Florida is operated by alumni volunteers and our financial support comes from club dues and event fees. Please consider supporting our NU Club by becoming a member AND please consider making a donation to our club’s scholarship fund which makes annual awards to deserving NU students.
