Commemorate Northwestern's 160th Anniversary

On January 28, 1851, Northwestern University was officially established when its Act of Incorporation was passed by the Illinois Legislature. Today, Friday, January 28, the entire Northwestern community is invited to wear purple and light a virtual candle in recognition of our 160th anniversary.
