NU Club of the Greater NYC Area

The NU Club of Greater New York offers several social and networking opportunities in the New York area to keep you connected to Northwestern and your fellow alumni. Whether you are new to the New York area, a long-time resident, or just passing through, we would love to see you at an event. Join the club today!

There are three additional clubs in the New York area that provide more ways to get to know alumni in your area who share your interests and experiences:

The Northwestern University Entertainment Alliance (NUEA) is an alumni club for Northwestern alums who are either working or looking to work in the field of entertainment. The club provides opportunities for alumni and friends of the University in the entertainment and communication industries to meet and network.

The Medill Club of Greater New York is a club for Medill alumni working in a variety of communications fields, including traditional print journalism, online publishing, corporate and nonprofit public relations, broadcast and video production, advertising and many others. The club sponsors a series of diverse series of events -- from social gatherings, to panel discussions, to continuing education seminars to sporting events.

The Kellogg Alumni Club of New York is an extremely diverse club with executive representation in every imaginable industry. The club offers elite forums where alumni discuss and explore current business trends and social issues, locally hosted faculty and staff members who communicate the latest school news to local alumni and personal and professional networking opportunities.

How to update your profile so you receive communications from the NU Club of Greater New York:
1. Go to http://alumni.northwestern.edu/node/875

2. Click on "Register online" (in purple font at bottom of the page) to register online

3. Click on the "Click here to login and pre-populate your contact information"

4. Login using your NAA user name and password (if you do not have one, follow instructions online and get one by clicking "New Alumni User? Get Your Free Password here." )

5. Make sure that your mailing address is updated and has a New York City (plus surrounding area) zip code, as we would like you to be on our "local" mailing list and receive relevant information about upcoming events and other news for your area.
