Who attends Reunion Weekend?
The weekend is planned to be a fun and enjoyable experience for all Northwestern alumni and their friends and families. It provides an opportunity for classes that end in 7 or 2 to celebrate their special reunion with class parties. Learn about Reunion Weekend 2011 and view photos of the festivities.
How can I get in touch with classmates or members of student groups I was involved with as a student?
Utilize the Northwestern Alumni Directory. It is your gateway to a powerful network of more than 200,000 alumni who live and work in your community and around the world. Use the alumni directory to update your contact information, complete your profile, create an email forwarding address, access other alumni profiles, reconnect with classmates and make new connections.
What is Reunion Weekend attire?
In Evanston, temperatures in late October range from the mid-60's to low-40's and rain is always a possibility. We advise you to bring an umbrella and suitable clothing for variable weather. Please keep in mind that some Reunion events are outdoors and cannot be moved inside due to the large number of returning alumni and guests.
Most events during Reunion Weekend are casual. Class parties can be dressier depending on the type of event; check your class web site for recommended attire. Many alumni and guests enjoy the opportunity to walk around campus, so comfortable shoes are encouraged.
Are there accommodations for individuals with special needs?
If you require special assistance, please contact the Reunion Office (877/240.6512) at least two weeks in advance or indicate your request on the registration form. We will try to accommodate your needs. Dietary needs must be noted on the registration form, along with the events you will be attending. Catering will make every effort to meet special dietary needs.
