Alumnae of Northwestern
Building community and advancing lifelong learning for more than century.
The Alumnae of Northwestern University, an all-volunteer women’s organization founded in 1916, has supported Northwestern students, faculty, and the broader community through philanthropy, lifelong learning, and academic engagement. Since 1968, its continuing education program has connected the community to the University’s academic resources. In addition, the Alumnae have contributed more than $10 million to the University through grants, scholarships, fellowships, summer internship support, an endowed professorship, and funding for campus buildings and renovations.
