Council of One Hundred

Championing leadership and professional growth across the Northwestern community.

The Council of One Hundred (C100) was founded in 1993, when 100 distinguished Northwestern University alumnae—leaders from corporate, nonprofit, government, and other sectors—joined the University’s president to create a powerful network supporting the next generation of Wildcats. The group was established to foster meaningful professional relationships between successful Northwestern women with female undergraduate seniors and recent graduates as they begin their careers. Today, C100 has grown to nearly 200 members and broadened its mission to support all Northwestern students and alumni across every stage of career exploration and growth.
